WINK System is a design system created to help Mailchimp designers and developers build cohesive experiences across the entire Mailchimp platform. I contributed to the site’s information architecture, wrote over 30 guidance pages for the design system, and built the site using Contentful.

Mailchimp’s Customer Journey Builder allows users to build dynamic, automated marketing paths for their contacts. I wrote the Help Center articles for this tool, and contributed to in-app UX copy.

The Mailchimp Content Style Guide is the source of truth for all content creators at Mailchimp. I wrote and maintain the How to Write Educational Content section of this style guide.

Mailchimp’s Help Center includes guides and tutorials that help Mailchimp customers do their best work. I contribute to this resource by participating in Help Center audits, research, content planning, and content strategy.
